If the error was our fault (for example, incorrect dimensions, shortage or other inconsistencies with the order).
We cover all shipping costs and perform processing at our own expense .

To agree on the details of the edit or correction, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Individual orders are made exclusively with full prepayment. After confirming the order and making 100% payment, we launch the product into production.

Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta to the branch or post office you specify. Dispatch occurs immediately after production is completed. The cost of delivery is paid separately according to the carrier's tariffs.

After sending the order, we will send you a TTN number to track the package.
