Under Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994, made-to-measure items cannot be exchanged or returned. This is because they are created especially for you and cannot be resold.

We want your experience with us to be as pleasant as possible, so we always stay in touch and offer one free alteration to adjust the piece to your individual wishes.

If the mistake was ours — for example, wrong measurements, a manufacturing defect or anything else that does not match the order — we cover all shipping costs and remake the piece at our own expense.
