In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, products made to order cannot be exchanged or returned. This is due to the fact that they are created specifically for you and cannot be re-sold.

We strive to make your experience with us as pleasant as possible, so we always stay in touch and offer one free opportunity to adjust the product to adapt it to your individual wishes.

If the error is our fault — for example, incorrect dimensions, a manufacturing defect, or other discrepancies with the order — we will cover all shipping costs and perform the processing at our own expense.
