Daryna
Daryna became a soldier at nineteen years old, continuing the family tradition of service.
The war forever changed her life, leaving the pain of loss and memories that cannot be erased.
Today, she is learning to live anew. To be strong. To allow herself to feel. To be a mother. And to remember that even after the darkest night, there is a future.
"I'm not alone. And you're not alone."
On the night of March 3, her unit found itself at a facility hit by a cruise missile. That day, Daryna lost many of her comrades. The war left in her memory their voices, laughter, and the emptiness of those who are no longer there. But she did not allow it to take away the most important thing: faith in the future.

Tanya
She lives with several psychiatric diagnoses.
This does not define her personality, but it is part of her reality.
Anxiety, emotional fluctuations, exhaustion, and constant inner work have become the path she walks every day.
She is about honesty.
About the courage to speak up.
About a life that has room for both pain and hope.
«If you live with anxiety, fear, or instability, know this: you are not alone.
And it's not shameful to ask for help. That is also a manifestation of strength.»

Valeriia
"I can do anything"
Valeriia was a member of the Ukrainian national rhythmic gymnastics team.
Her life consisted of training, discipline, and a big dream.
The Olympic Games were just a year away.
But one day, instead of preparing for the most important competition, she heard a diagnosis.
Rhabdomyosarcoma.
At that moment, her struggle ceased to be a sporting one.
Perhaps she didn't win an Olympic medal.
But she achieved the most important victory, a victory over illness.
"I can do anything."

Iryna
"I haven't lost myself"
After giving birth, Iryna faced something that is rarely discussed openly: postpartum depression.
Endless "you musts," advice, feelings of guilt, and constant comparison to others' expectations gradually made her lose faith in herself. She battled not only exhaustion but also her own thoughts, which convinced her
that she wasn't good enough.
"When I stopped fighting with myself, it became easier. I didn't lose myself."

Victoria
"I'm learning to live anew"
Two and a half years ago, Viktoriia's husband, a soldier, fell into a coma.
Doctors gave him almost no chance.
While he fought for his life, she took on everything: treatment, rehabilitation, fundraising, legal battles, and the daily struggle for her family's future.
Her husband survived, but life changed forever for both of them.
Today, Viktoriia is learning not only to be strong but also to allow herself to feel, accept a new reality, and learn to live again.
"Even if it feels like you've changed forever, it doesn't mean you've lost yourself."
SPECIAL
BODY21
Behind the scenes of this project was a team that cared not only about the filming, but also about the people.
During the recording of the stories, psychologists worked alongside the heroines.
They were there not for the camera, but to support each woman in moments when memories became too heavy.
The production team created a space without haste,
without pressure and without demands.
Only with respect for the pace of each heroine,
allowing her to speak for as long as she was ready.
