Under Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994,
made-to-measure items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Still, we are always here to make sure you are happy with your order.
That is why we offer one free alteration to adjust the piece to your individual wishes.
If the mistake was ours (for example, wrong measurements, a defect or anything else that does not match the order),
we cover all shipping costs and remake the piece at our own expense.
To arrange an alteration or correction, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Shipping and payment
Made-to-measure orders are produced with full prepayment only. Once the order is confirmed and paid in full, we put your piece into production.
We ship with Nova Poshta to the branch or parcel locker you choose. Your order is dispatched as soon as production is finished. Shipping is paid separately at the carrier's rates.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number so you can follow the parcel.
