4. Delivery
Delivery is carried out in Ukraine by Nova Poshta , as well as abroad (according to the selected method). Delivery times depend on the work of postal operators. The store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Returns and exchanges
At Special Body, we create products exclusively to order, taking into account the individual parameters and wishes of each client, so each item is unique.

In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, products made to order cannot be exchanged or returned. This is due to the fact that they are created specifically for you and cannot be re-sold.
